As a former Division I athlete, Livi began her career in coaching. After achieving success at both the high school and collegiate levels, she naturally transitioned into business operations with the Kansas City Royals and Major League Baseball. A curiosity for talent management ultimately led her to become the Chief Strategy Officer at Tamara Day Design. In this role, she spearheaded the growth and development of a television personality’s talent, retail, and design company, overseeing the successful launch of a dozen licensed product lines in the home goods category.

Livi founded Compass Cast to provide exceptional services to talent aiming to maximize their platform. Her background in sports continues to shape the culture of the company—doing whatever it takes to help the team win. The team that takes top priority in Abney’s life is her family. She and her wife, Emma, have a 3-year-old son, Calvin, and a 1-year-old daughter, Drew.

With a background in marketing and communications, Amanda brings years of experience across healthcare, real estate, and lifestyle brands — turning bold visions into strategies that connect and convert. Before joining Compass Cast, she worked in licensing for major consumer brands, developing partnerships and elevating national campaigns.

A former collegiate runner and former coach of track and cross country, Amanda knows the power of discipline, consistency, and team culture — qualities she now channels into building brands with heart and impact.

Outside of work, Amanda is married to a former professional soccer player and is a proud mom to three amazing kids: Parker (8), Marin (6), and Miller (4). She finds joy in the beautiful chaos of work, life, and everything in between.

Lane is a Kansas native who grew up in Lawrence and graduated from The University of Kansas. She brings a strong background in organization, problem-solving, and team coordination—skills honed through years in fast-paced administrative roles.

Prior to joining Compass Cast, Lane supported finance and tech leaders at a leading healthcare IT company, where she mastered multitasking, relationship-building, and managing complex projects. After stepping away from her career to focus on family, she's excited to re-enter the professional world and bring her strategic mindset and collaborative spirit to the team.

Lane lives in Westwood Hills with her husband, Blake, and their 4-year-old daughter, Ada. She loves quality time with loved ones and discovering new places through travel.
